At Cup of Joe, we pride ourselves on delivering a warm and memorable café experience to every guest. With a growing number of branches, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff development, and help drive our business to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple cafe branches
- Ensure all branches meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
- Hire, train, and evaluate store staff and supervisors
- Set sales targets and analyze performance reports
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Manage shift schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage
- Handle customer complaints escalated beyond the store supervisor level
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
- Collaborate with marketing and senior management on campaigns and promotions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cafe/Restaurant Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cafe operations, POS systems, and food safety standards
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple branches or teams
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
