Are you a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Cake Artist ready to take your craft to the next level? We’re seeking talented professionals to join our dynamic, team in Dubai!
Key Responsibilities:
· Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other desserts using a variety of techniques including piping, fondant work, airbrushing, and sculpting.
* Making Sugar paste figurines and characters, toys, flowers etc. as per the design
· Sculpt, paint, and craft intricate cake toppers and artistic elements for custom designs.
· Collaborate with clients and bakery staff to understand design requirements and deliver customized creations.
· Prepare icing, fondant, fillings, and other decorative materials required for cake creation.
* Baking of miscellaneous items of cake sponges, brownies, cupcakes, desserts etc. as required for the daily production
· Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
· Ensure all finished products meet quality, design, and flavor standards.
· Monitor inventory and order decorating supplies and materials as needed.
· Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and innovations in cake artistry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or baking certification a plus.
- 1-3 year’s experience as a cake decorator
- Proven experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professionalism and a team-oriented attitude
