- Having 2-3 years of experience in UAE
Key Responsibilities
Merchandisers are responsible for ensuring that products are visually appealing, well-stocked, and strategically placed to maximize sales. Core duties include:
- Setting up and maintaining product displays according to planograms or company guidelines.
- Monitoring inventory levels, conducting audits, and coordinating stock replenishment.
- Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to forecast product needs and optimize placement.
- Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, vendors, and retail teams to ensure timely delivery and proper pricing.
- Implementing promotional activities and ensuring retail staff are informed about product details.
- Occasionally negotiating with manufacturers or vendors regarding prices, quantities, and delivery schedules.
