We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the overall café operations and ensure smooth daily functioning. The candidate will act as a key link between the management, suppliers, and the café team.
Responsibilities:
– Manage daily café operations and coordinate all requirements.
– Handle supplier coordination, ordering, and follow-ups.
– Monitor inventory, stock availability, and operational needs.
– Coordinate bakery and café item requirements.
– Maintain Excel reports and update systems.
– Manage calls, follow-ups, and overall operational activities.
– Ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
– 2–4 years of experience in café/hospitality operations, Female preferred
– Good communication and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in Excel and basic systems.
– Ability to multitask and independently manage operations.
