Nova Labs is looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing team!
Some of the main responsibilities in this role will include and not limited to developing and executing company policies, improving operations processes, helping with vendor relations, and HR.
Skills and Abilities
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in HR-related law.
- Develop and improve company handbook and ensure the right execution.
- Responsible for new hire orientation, onboarding, benefit execution, company-wide events, and other day-to-day HR tasks.
- Perform additional operations / administrative duties and assignments that help ensure a smooth and efficient business process.
- Proven personnel management skills and experience.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Conduct purchase order and inventory management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- A minimum of 4 years of human resource management experience
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-learning
- Strong work ethic, willingness to work hard to make a contribution to the company growth and be a role model to others
- Business acumen and the ability to professionally interact with people inside and outside the company
- Experience managing a diverse and remote workforce
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment with well-honed time-management skills
- Superior verbal and written communications skills.
