Main Responsibilities
1. New Business Development (65% of the job)
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts, pitch the company's recruitment services to prospective clients
2. Recruitment Function (35% of the job)
– Engage in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into suitable roles.
– Foster strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience.
– Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their staffing needs and provide unmatched recruitment solutions.
– Actively maintain candidate and client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
