Operations Executive – Night Shift Jobs in Dubai at Preimo Urban Mobility
PrimeFour Consulting, recognized as one of the UAE’s top 10 most promising financial consultancy firms, is seeking a dedicated Accounting/Taxation & Audit Associate to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with extensive knowledge of UAE taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit procedures, along with a strong background in complex accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Accounting & Compliance: Manage complex accounting tasks and backlog client work in compliance with IFRS standards.
✅ Audit & Risk Management: Conduct audit procedures, including risk assessments, analytics, sampling, and report preparation, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
✅ Tax Expertise: Provide expert advisory on VAT and Corporate Tax, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.
✅ Client Engagement: Deliver professional consultancy services, address financial queries, and manage complex tasks effectively.
✅ Inventory Management: Oversee inventory reconciliation and management for accurate reporting.
✅ Independent Reviews: Conduct compliance reviews of client accounts in accordance with UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role, with at least 2 years of UAE experience.
Certifications (Preferred): ACCA / Chartered Accountant. UAE Tax Agent Certification is a plus.
Industry Experience: Prior UAE experience in an accounting/taxation or audit firm is highly desirable.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, and other accounting platforms.
Skills & Competencies:
✔ Arabic Language Proficiency (Mandatory): This role is exclusively for Native Arabic Speakers only.
✔ Tax & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong expertise in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance.
✔ IFRS Standards & Audit Expertise: Thorough understanding of international financial reporting and risk assessments.
✔ Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to explain financial insights clearly to clients.
✔ Tech Adaptability: Quick grasp of accounting tools and platforms.
✔ Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to manage complex financial challenges efficiently.
