Operations Coordinator (General Cargo) Jobs in Dubai at DHC HR Consultancy
As a Leasing Coordinator you will handle all the leasing operations activities to achieve the most efficient organizational target and goals, by maintaining the vehicles always in efficient condition through making the needed actions within the timeline addressed per the company KPI’s.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
· Daily transactions-data entry (LA-Open /Close, Replacements, Custody In /Out, Movements Etc.)
· Assisting and handling riders at the leasing counter.
· Arranging replacement bikes upon request.
· Coordination for new hire deliveries.
· Follow up with customers for ready bike collection.
· Coordination and follow-up with workshop, logistics, and fleet.
· Maintaining physical availability & parking arrangements.
· Monitor helpers’ activities.
· Assisting location/ branch in-charges and preparing required reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 2-4 Years’ experience in a similar role.
SKILLS/ TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
· Accomplishing tasks within the timeline and corresponding the requirements in an official way.
· Brand new I used bikes a location for clients (new/existing)
· Scheduling collection (Off hire) coordination with logistics and OPS coordinator
· The commitment to the company SOPs and work slandered updates by the line Manager. Timely manner of updating the related tasks for vehicles under leasing OPS status.
· Immediate response to the required requests from the stakeholder.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
