About Us
Sauce Boss is a fast-growing UK-style burger restaurant in Madinah with ambitious plans to expand across Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to help lead our team, maintain exceptional standards, and support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day restaurant operations during your shift.
- Lead, motivate and support the restaurant team.
- Complete daily opening, closing and operational inspections.
- Ensure excellent food quality, cleanliness and customer service standards.
- Monitor stock levels, prepare stock orders and inspect deliveries.
- Identify, report and follow up on maintenance or operational issues.
- Support staff training and ensure company procedures are followed.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with management to continually improve restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Fluent in Urdu or Hindi to communicate effectively with the wider team.
- Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- High standards, attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
