Operations Coordinator Jobs in Dubai at Gateway Gulf Land Trasport

We are looking for Operations Coordinator having 7/8 years of strong experience in Transport operations department.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

· Manage day-to-day operational activities, such as fleet report, vehicle break down.

· Manage fleet report on daily basis of more than 400 vehicles working on ADNOC sites.

· Find and analyze cause of any vehicle breakdown and make sure to make it ready on urgent basis.

· Able to handle operator/driver management & movement.

· Make sure to look after all equipment/vehicle to work smoothly.

· Able to make decision for future progress.

· Reporting to the Operations Manager & General Manager.

· Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.

Job Requirements:

· 7/8 years of experience in transport operations

· Strong knowledge regarding Oil and Gas field, ADNOC & CICPA

· Master or related degree.
