About the Role:
We Care Medical Services is seeking a qualified and experienced Operation Room Nurse (Female) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of care in the operating room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room with necessary equipment and sterile supplies.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards.
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operating Room (OR).
- Arabic speakers preferred.
- Valid DHP License + NOC to Transfer / Eligible for License.
- Family Sponsorship candidates preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
