Target Background: Almeera supplier operation, Lulu FMCG operation, Ali Bin Ali, Almarai Qatar
Job Responsibilities
- Take full charge of onsite operation for 70 Almeera stores
- Maintain high-level communication and stable cooperation with Almeera procurement & operation teams
- Control overall store stock level, out-of-stock rate, goods damage, and expiry loss
- Handle supermarket deductions, returns, disputes, and customer complaints
- Lead the local expatriate team and coordinate daily work with China management
KPI
- Overall store stockout rate below 2%
- Total product loss and expiry loss controlled within 1.5%
- All operational issues closed within 72 hours
- Zero customs compliance failure
Pay: QAR12,000.00 – QAR18,000.00 per month
