Position: Operation Manager of Manned Security Service based
Operation Manager of Manned Security Service Tax Free Executive Package Based in Doha, Qatar
We are seeking applications from candidates with previous experience in the Middle East for this exclusive vacancy as an Operation Manager of Manned Security Services. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of security personnel at various client locations, ensuring effective manpower management, contract compliance, and security protocol implementation. Military experience is preferred.
The Role:
Supervise and manage the performance of security officers at assigned locations.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and supervision of security personnel.
Ensure all security operations comply with relevant safety and security regulations.
Manage deployment and operation of security equipment and systems.
Liaise with clients to meet their security needs and provide regular updates.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
Respond to incidents with timely resolutions and accurate incident reporting.
Monitor operational efficiency through KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
The Person:
Previous experience in the Middle East with knowledge of manned security services management.
Experience in security operations, including management of manned security services.
International experience with a comprehensive understanding of the GCC market.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of security management systems and technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
