Operation Manager – Drug Store / Pharmaceutical Division Jobs in Dubai at ABDULWAHED BIN SHABIB GROUP LLC
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Supply Chain
- Manage end-to-end drug store operations (procurement → storage → distribution)
- Ensure proper inventory control (expiry tracking, batch control, FEFO/FIFO)
- Handle warehouse coordination for pharmaceutical products
- Monitor stock availability to avoid shortages or overstocking
2. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health authority regulations (MOH, DHA, etc.)
- Maintain drug storage standards (temperature control, hygiene)
- Supervise controlled medicines handling
- Coordinate with licensed pharmacists
3. Team Management
- Manage:
- Pharmacists
- Warehouse staff
- Logistics team
- Ensure proper shift planning & productivity
4. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Deal with pharma suppliers & distributors
- Handle purchase planning & forecasting
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely supply
5. Reporting & Performance
- Track:
- Inventory turnover
- Expiry losses
- Operational KPIs
- Prepare reports for management
Required Experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical / drug store / medical distribution
- OR hospital pharmacy operations
- OR medical warehouse operations
Preferred Candidates
- Pharmacist with operations experience
- Warehouse Manager (medical/pharma)
- Supply Chain Manager (pharma industry)
Education
- Bachelor’s in:
- Pharmacy (BEST)
- Life Sciences
- Supply Chain / Logistics (if pharma experience)
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
