OPERATION COORDINATOR (HARD SERVICES / MEP) Jobs in Doha at new state facility management
We are looking for an experienced Operation Coordinator – Hard Services / MEP to join our team.
Requirements:
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Hard Services / MEP / Facility Management
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance operations
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and supervise technical teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily Hard Services and MEP operations
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and client requests
- Monitor technician performance and site activities
- Maintain HSE standards and ensure service quality
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with clients
