We are seeking a detail-oriented FBA Carrier Manager to oversee our Amazon fulfillment shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of transportation from our facilities to Amazon fulfillment centers. This role involves coordinating inbound shipments, maintaining carrier relationships, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s FBA requirements.
Key job responsibilities
FBA Shipment Management:
Coordinate inbound shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses
Create and manage shipping plans in Seller Central
Track and monitor shipment status
Resolve shipping issues and delays
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s receiving requirements
Carrier Relations:
Select and manage relationships with freight carriers
Negotiate rates for LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) shipments
Evaluate carrier performance and reliability
Maintain carrier compliance with Amazon’s requirements
CostOptimization:
Compare carrier rates and services
Consolidate shipments when possible
Analyze shipping costs and identify savings opportunities
Manage shipping budget
Track and report key performance metrics
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of industry work experience
-Experience withExcel
– Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
– Bachelor Degree
– Advanced English – written and spoken
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Knowledge of SQL and VBA
