Job Summary: The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment and machinery used in the factory and on project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including cranes, forklifts, and loaders
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
- Ensure safe loading, unloading, and movement of materials
- Follow operational procedures and safety regulations
- Maintain equipment logs and records
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment operation in construction
- Knowledge of equipment safety and maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and alert
License/Certification:
- Operator license for prefab & modular building construction (Required)
