Job Summary:
We are looking for an Online Marketing Executive to generate leads, manage online inquiries, conduct digital marketing activities, and support lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage online leads through digital platforms.
- Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and website.
- Qualify leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales/Business Development team.
- Manage online marketing and email campaigns.
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Vendor Registration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in digital/online marketing.
- Good knowledge of social media and online marketing platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn and WhatsApp Business is an advantage.
- Strong communication, customer-handling, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of lead-generation and email marketing tools.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
