Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, filling, and priming).
- Mix and match paint colors accurately.
- Apply paint, clear coat, and finishing materials to vehicles.
- Perform polishing and finishing work to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Auto Painter.
- Experience with automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques.
- Ability to match colors and achieve factory-quality finishes.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application procedures.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
