Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive / Salesman (UAE Market)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive for the UAE market.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License.
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE Outdoor Sales experience.
- Presentable personality with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of UAE routes, retail markets, wholesalers, and distributors across all Emirates.
- Ability to travel throughout the UAE for customer visits.
- Target-driven candidate with a proven record of achieving sales goals.
Preferred Experience Categories
Candidates with proven sales experience in any of the following categories will be preferred:
- Toys
- Home Products
- Cosmetics
- Household Products
- Bedding & Home Textiles
- Consumer Electronics
Responsibilities
- Visit customers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across the UAE.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit regular sales and market reports.
Mandatory Documents
Shortlisted candidates must provide:
- Last 6 months sales performance record.
- Monthly sales achievement details.
- Target vs Achievement report.
- Previous employer references (if required).
Skills Required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of UAE retail and wholesale market.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
