Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Facility Management and Cleaning Services division. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the UAE facility management or cleaning industry and possess strong leadership, operational, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of facility management and cleaning projects.
- Supervise site supervisors and operational staff to ensure service quality.
- Plan manpower deployment, duty rosters, and work schedules.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and promptly resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Coordinate with HR, Procurement, and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor operational costs and improve productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve operational KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Facility Management or Cleaning Services (Prefer).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of manpower planning and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
