Office Boy
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all office areas, including workstations, reception, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize office premises regularly.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Refill pantry supplies, drinking water, and cleaning materials.
- Collect and dispose of waste and ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained.
- Purchase office supplies and run office errands as instructed.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other items from clients, suppliers, banks, and government offices when required.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and maintaining their cleanliness.
- Report maintenance issues and shortages of cleaning or pantry supplies.
- Perform other office support duties assigned by management.
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
