Role Overview
We are looking for a Travel Designer/Consultant who can craft inspiring travel experiences and convert client enquiries into customer journeys. The role combines destination expertise, cruise knowledge, itinerary planning, and client consultation.
The candidate will work directly with clients to design journeys across destinations such as Europe, Africa, Asia, and expedition regions while coordinating with destination partners and cruise operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation and Sales
- Handle travel enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Understand client preferences, travel style, and budget
- Design tailored travel proposals and itineraries
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Itinerary Design
Create curated journeys combining flights, cruises, hotels, and experiences
Design multi destination itineraries
Develop cruise and land combinations
Supplier Coordination
Work with cruise lines, DMC partners, and hotels
Secure availability, rates, and confirmations
Maintain strong supplier relationships
Trip Preparation
Provide pre trip planning support to clients
Coordinate documentation and booking confirmations
Ensure smooth travel execution
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on destinations, cruise products, and travel trends
Attend webinars, product trainings, and industry events
