About the Role
We are seeking experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a proven track record in off-plan property sales and are passionate about helping clients make smart real estate investments, we want to hear from you.
This is a commission-only position offering unlimited earning potential for high-performing sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Advise clients on Dubai’s latest off-plan developments and investment opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and project viewings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay up to date with market trends, developer launches, and promotional offers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai off-plan property market.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
