Key Responsibilities:
Sell off-plan properties to potential buyers
Develop and maintain a strong client base
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various off-plan projects
Keepup-to-datewith the latest market trends and property developments
Meet and exceedsales targetsand KPIs
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in off-plan sales (preferably in the UAE)
Strongcommunicationand negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage
UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
