Odoo Techno-Functional Jobs in Dubai at THIKRA PHONE LLC
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, configuring Odoo, and supporting development and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)
- Work closely with developers on technical specifications and customizations
- Implement, test, and deploy Odoo solutions
- Provide user training and post-implementation support
- Prepare functional documentation and reports
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with Odoo (Functional or Techno-Functional role)
- Strong understanding of business processes (Accounting, Sales, HR, Inventory)
- Basic knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework is a plus
- Experience in Odoo implementation and customization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
