Nursing Team Leader (Home Healthcare) – Dubai
Belgravia Home Healthcare is looking for an experienced Nursing Team Leader to join our growing clinical team in Dubai.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day clinical supervision and support to our field nursing team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in line with DHA regulations and company standards. You will lead, coach, and monitor nurses in the field while supporting clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
Requirements
· Valid DHA Registered Nurse licence
· BSc in Nursing
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
· Home healthcare experience is essential
· Experience managing and supporting a team of nurses in the field
· Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
· Ability to work independently and respond effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing home healthcare environment
· Confident in handling multiple priorities, urgent staffing issues, and operational challenges
· Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
· Sound knowledge of DHA regulations, clinical governance, and patient safety standards
· Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
· Flexible, organised, and solutions-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
