Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Supervisor / Headmistress to lead and manage daily operations at our nursery in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong leadership skills, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursery operations and staff management
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and KHDA/education standards
- Supervise teaching staff and maintain curriculum quality
- Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-friendly environment
- Handle administrative duties and reporting
Requirements
- Cache Level 3 or Level 5 / ECE certification (mandatory)
- Prior more than 2 years of experience in a UAE nursery or school
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Proficiency in computers and basic AI tools
Location Requirement
Only candidates currently residing in Sharjah with a valid residence visa should apply.
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per hour
