A window blind company based in SAIF Zone Sharjah urgent required an Estimator cum Sales Coordinator . The candidate should be well experienced and be able to demonstrate relevant skills and qualifications in the related job during the interview. Having excellent command of spoken and written English and I.T Skills, which will be tested during interview.
Job Purpose
We are seeking an Estimator cum Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of UAE experience in interior fit-out, décor, or a related field. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in ACAD, estimation, sales coordination, and project support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Estimation
- Review ID drawings and perform quantity take-offs.
- Prepare detailed and competitive quotations based on project requirements.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Support sales representatives throughout the full process—from inquiry and order processing to installation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
- Manage delivery and installation scheduling, follow-ups, and daily coordination activities.
- Prepare work permits, PQ documents, and material submittals as needed.
Tools & Software
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
- Experience as a draftsman will be considered an added advantage.
