We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely project completion.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for interior projects.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Conduct quality checks and resolve any on-site issues.
Maintain project timelines and report progress to management.
Coordinate material deliveries and inventory control.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.
✅ Knowledge of construction safety standards.
✅ Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
