We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative and personal support tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
