We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to support the daily operations of our car rental company. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate documentation, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the office
  • Handle customer documentation, rental agreements, and record keeping
  • Maintain vehicle records, registrations, insurance, and compliance documents
  • Coordinate with customers, drivers, and management
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and payment follow-ups
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Support accounting and HR tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles (car rental experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
