We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and personal support tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
