About the Role

Royal Rose Hotel is seeking a versatile and detail‑oriented F&B & EHS Coordinator to support both the Food & Beverage Department and the Environment, Health & Safety functions. This dual role requires strong administrative skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high operational and safety standards across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • F&B Coordination: Support F&B management with scheduling, communication, and inter‑departmental coordination.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain departmental files, prepare reports, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
  • Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, quotations, and documentation.
  • Training Support: Assist in organizing F&B training sessions and maintaining training logs.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE regulations and Hilton EHS standards.
  • Inspections & Audits: Conduct routine inspections and support internal and external audits.
  • Incident Reporting: Document incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
  • EHS Documentation: Maintain safety files, permits, logs, and compliance records.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in F&B, EHS, or administrative roles (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and hotel operational standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional, detail‑oriented, and proactive attitude

Pay: From AED2,300.00 per month
