Administer and manage network infrastructure to ensure integrity, reliability, and security of network devices.  Perform real-time monitoring and analysis of network health and traffic activities.  Conduct network audit and analysis of existing networks to identify areas of improvement.  Participate in projects to assess, analyze, design, and provision network services.  Build and maintain documentation of devices, operational procedures, and infrastructure topology.

Design and manage network infrastructure for LAN/WAN/SAN networks including but not limited to network switches, firewalls, routers, wireless controllers, application delivery controllers, and authentication services.  Serve as a subject matter expert in application security, application delivery controller, next-generation firewalls, wireless controllers, and authentication services.  Monitor network traffic and equipment to ensure the network is configured for optimal performance.  Work closely with ICT & IT Security teams to provide the best network experience to the AUS community and visitors.

Configure and implement wired and wireless networks for academic and residential complexes for seamless network connectivity.  Maintain network management software to analyze network availability and health for critical equipment.  Provide network configuration and support for specific business needs and requirements.  Prepare and maintain procedures and documentation for network inventory, recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements and modifications to networks, and maintenance instructions.

Monitor network traffic, activity, capacity, and usage to ensure continued integrity and optimal network performance.  Configure and maintain network configuration management software to manage configuration and firmware updates of network equipment.
