Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Multi Technician – MEP to join our maintenance team at our central kitchen / bulk food production facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in large-scale kitchens, food production facilities, hotels, restaurants, or catering companies and should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems within the central kitchen facility.
- Carry out electrical maintenance works including power supply, DB panels, lighting, sockets, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Handle plumbing maintenance including water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
- Perform basic HVAC maintenance and support troubleshooting of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Maintain kitchen equipment support systems and coordinate with specialized technicians when required.
- Attend breakdown calls and complete repairs within the required timeframe.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely with minimum disruption to production operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HSE requirements while working inside the production facility.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Multi Technician / MEP Technician / Maintenance Technician.
- Experience in central kitchen, catering, hotel, restaurant, or food production facility is preferred.
- Good knowledge of:
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing works
- HVAC systems
- General building maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot faults and perform repairs independently.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
