Job Summary
A leading FMCG Company in the UAE is looking for an experienced Sales Cum Driver with a strong background in Dairy or FMCG product sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, experience managing retail customers, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring timely product deliveries.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell dairy and FMCG products to supermarkets, groceries, cafeterias, restaurants, and retail outlets.
- Develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Visit assigned sales routes and generate new business opportunities.
- Take customer orders, prepare invoices, and ensure timely product delivery.
- Drive the company 3-ton pickup safely and comply with UAE traffic regulations.
- Ensure products are delivered in good condition and on schedule.
- Collect payments from customers and submit them according to company procedures.
- Monitor stock levels in the vehicle and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse.
- Merchandise products to maximize visibility and sales at customer locations.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports, route reports, and customer visit records.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine inspections of the company vehicle.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in FMCG or Dairy product sales.
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Light or Medium Vehicle, as applicable).
- Proven experience in route sales and distribution.
- Good knowledge of the UAE retail and wholesale market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Basic English communication skills (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
- Physically fit and willing to travel across the UAE.
