Multi Technician Jobs in Dubai at Operon Middle East

Key Responsibilities:

Keep accurate financial records and organize all related documents.
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Record daily financial transactions, such as purchases, sales, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Handle the company complying with VAT and other relevant tax laws in the UAE. Prepare and submit VAT returns on time.
Prepare budgets and financial plans and generate financial reports to provide insights for management.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including deductions and taxes.
Stay updated and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
2+ years of experience in accounting in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of real estate accounting practices and regulations.
