Role Overview
The Mobility Country Business Advisor is dedicated to assisting Accenture’s employees in planning their travel and assignments, requiring transportation (Airline, Rail, Car Rental) or accommodations (Hotel, Extended Stay, Corporate Housing) as needed, whether they are domestic, intercontinental, or international.
Role’s
Key Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of Corporate Mobility services in the country.
Manage escalations and provide local context through close collaboration with the DL MU/Country MSL and Immigration specialists.
Build strategic, effective, and enduring relationships with key corporate functions and business leaders, including stakeholder education as needed.
Focus on GCP strategy as applicable.
Maintain expert mobility knowledge for the country, including immigration, posted workers (EMEA), and social security.
Establish proactive engagement with major projects in the country.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a related field.
Knowledge of local immigration regulations.
Proficiency in English language.
Skills in Business Operations Management, Stakeholder Management, Customer Service, and Client Service.
