Job Summary

Under the general direction of the GCFO, the MIS & Reporting Manager is responsible for designing, maintaining, and delivering accurate, timely management information and business reports across all business units and subsidiaries. The role oversees financial and operational data consolidation, automated KPI dash boarding (Power BI/Excel/ERP), performance and variance analytics, and Board reporting packages to directly support strategic and operational decision-making within the Group.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Ø Develop, maintain, and manage the organization’s overarching MIS and financial reporting framework across all subsidiaries.

Ø Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management information packs (MIP) and executive performance reports.

Ø Consolidate financial, operational, and development data from multiple business units and subsidiaries into group-level management models.

Ø Develop, automate, and update interactive KPI dashboards and analytics for Senior Management, Executive Committees, and the Board of Directors using Power BI, ERP, and Advanced Excel tools.

Ø Ensure absolute data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance with internal reporting standards and group governance requirements.

Ø Automate reporting workflows and data pipelines across ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and BI platforms to eliminate manual errors and shorten reporting turnaround times.

Ø Analyze business performance, conduct budget vs. actual and variance analyses, track trendlines, and proactively highlight key financial/operational risks and growth opportunities.

Ø Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, Sales, IT, and Project Managers for seamless data collection, validation, and system integration.

Ø Support group budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow monitoring, and long-term strategic planning through high-level analytics and decision-support reporting.

Ø Maintain strict reporting calendars and ensure the timely submission of all management, project, and Board reporting packages.

Ø Track project-wise profitability, Review MPR, development costs vs. budget, construction milestones, inventory/unsold units, sales collections, and land bank metrics (specific to real estate entities).

Ø Assist in financing and covenant compliance reporting in coordination with Treasury and Corporate Finance functions.

Ø Advise and guide reporting staff and subsidiary finance teams regarding handling non-routine reporting data, adjustments, and intercompany consolidations.

Ø Collaborate with department heads and subsidiary leads to align KPIs, metrics, and data definitions across the enterprise.

Ø Assist in the evaluation, development, and implementation of new BI software, reporting tools, and ERP feature enhancements to optimize department workflow.

Ø Handle direct report management, performance evaluations, continuous training, conflict resolution, and KPI setting for MIS team members.

Ø Execute additional strategic reporting tasks and ad-hoc analytical assignments as directed by the GCFO and Executive Management.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of:

► Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems (MIS).

► Professional Certification: CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA preferred.

► Experience: 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, business analytics, and MIS, preferably within a large Real Estate Holding Group or multi-entity structure.

► Technical Skills: Advanced capability in Power BI, data modeling, ERP financial modules, and complex spreadsheet analytics.

► Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior executive leadership.

► Management: Proven experience in managing reporting timelines, multi-departmental coordination, and supervising direct reporting staff.
