CAMP BOSS Jobs in Doha at new state facility management
We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss to join our team in Qatar.
Requirements:
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss in Qatar or the GCC
- Strong knowledge of camp management and accommodation operations
- Ability to supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and catering activities
- Experience in handling employee accommodation, camp inspections, and daily operations
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Familiar with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage camp records, occupancy, and staff welfare
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of company accommodation camps
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
- Coordinate accommodation allocation and employee movements
- Supervise camp staff and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements
- Prepare daily and monthly camp reports
- Coordinate maintenance requests and resolve camp-related issues promptly
