Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with product, support, and technical teams to resolve client issues
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product teams

Reporting & Analysis
- Track customer engagement, usage, and performance metrics
- Maintain CRM records with accurate account updates
- Prepare reports on account status, risks, and opportunities
