  • Drive product adoption and usage to maximize customer value

  • Reduce churn by ensuring high customer satisfaction

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team to grow account value
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on growth opportunities
  • Achieve retention and expansion revenue targets

Support & Coordination

  • Collaborate with product, support, and technical teams to resolve client issues
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product teams
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track customer engagement, usage, and performance metrics
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate account updates
  • Prepare reports on account status, risks, and opportunities
