- Assist with communication when obtaining information from clients for their migration matters.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.
- Be available for scheduled consultations on an as-needed basis.
- Follow the Migration Agent’s instructions and remain neutral when providing interpretation.
