We are a leading Food company in Kuwait, looking for an experienced Merchandiser / Salesman to join our growing team.
Job Summary
Responsible for maximizing product visibility, maintaining shelf standards, monitoring stock levels and expiry dates, and executing merchandising activities across assigned retail outlets.
Job Description
1) Arrange and maintain products, shelves, displays, prices, and promotional materials according to company standards.
2) Ensure proper placement and availability of products in coordination with the Sales Team.
3) Maintain agreed shelf/display space across Co-ops and Key Accounts.
4) Apply FIFO and monitor product expiry dates and quality.
5) Maintain cleanliness, order, hygiene, and safety of display areas.
6) Remove expired or damaged products in line with company procedures.
7) Report issues and competitive activities to the direct supervisor.
8) Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
