Merchandiser (Bike License) Jobs in Doha at Confidental Company
The FMCG Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring company products are properly displayed, stocked, priced, and promoted across assigned retail outlets. The role focuses on maintaining product availability, implementing merchandising standards, monitoring inventory levels, and building strong relationships with store personnel to maximize sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Arrange and display products according to company merchandising standards and planograms.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and organized to maximize product visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and report out-of-stock, low-stock, and damaged products.
- Rotate products using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to maintain product freshness.
- Install and maintain promotional materials, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and pricing labels.
- Visit assigned retail outlets according to the scheduled route plan.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and product placement, and provide market feedback.
- Prepare daily merchandising reports and communicate sales opportunities and customer feedback to the Merchandiser Supervisor.
Job Specifications
1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG sales is an advantage.
Basic understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.
Physically fit and able to lift and arrange merchandise when required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred 2-3 years’ experience in Qatar & Bike riding license (Required)
