Merchandise Admin Executive Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Al Tayer Insignia
Ensuring all necessary records,files and databases are maintained accurately and updated in atimely manner in accordance with supplier records andfeeds.
Validation of order creation againstvendor catalogue and resolution ofdiscrepancies.
Manage all aspects relating tothe shipments and logisticalprocessing.
Coordinate shipments with EDIsuppliers and Al Tayer logistics to ensure timelydeliveries.
Obtain the information of upcomingshipments and coordinate proper systemchecks.
Report supplier compliance related todiscrepancies on the physical receipt against invoice and damagestock in the shipment and obtain credit note fromsupplier.
Keep record of warehouse doentationfor contracts, order, invoice, fulfilment, anddeliveries.
Handling of Short & Excessunits, follow up on credit notes.
Desired Ss andExperience About You The  successful candidateshould have the following key competency, ss andexperience:
Minimum Highschool graduate
Minimum 2 years of Administrative Experience in a similarrole
Intermediate computer ss in Excel and MSOffice.
Numerate with strong ytical ss andfinancial aen.
