Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing Facilities & Technical Services company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our facility management, maintenance, and technical services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facilities management and technical services sector.
– Generate leads, conduct site visits, and present tailored service solutions to potential clients.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
– Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
– Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
– Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
– Mandatory UAE Driving License (Preferred with Own Vehicle).
– Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in facilities management, MEP, HVAC, or technical services.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Fluency in English and Arabic
