Portfolio Manager – Dubai Real Estate (Off Plan) Jobs in Dubai at The SKG Real Estate Brokers LLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and contract signings.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Build and manage a strong client network through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate or sales (minimum 1 years preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized.
