MEP Technician Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Servco Facility Management
We are hiring for MEP Technician that is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within residential. The role ensures all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with FM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot electrical panels, breakers, wiring, lighting, DBs
- Repair leaks, valves, drainage, water supply systems.
- Inspect, clean, and repair HVAC units, thermostats, filters.
- Perform scheduled PPM tasks as per FM standards
- Respond to breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow FM safety protocols and ensure safe work practices.
- Identify faults, recommend repairs, and report abnormalities.
- Complete job cards, service reports, and maintenance logs.
- Work with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians.
- Communicate professionally with tenants and clients.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI in MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC.
- Minimum 4-5 years FM experience in UAE (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, tools, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in indoor/outdoor environments.
- Familiarity withFM PPM schedules and maintenance procedures.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
