With an established presence in Dubai and London and plans for continued regional growth, they are seeking a Commercial Director to drive strategic partnerships and commercial expansion.
This is an opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building meaningful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy across B2B and partnership channels.
– Identify and secure strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, corporate organizations, insurers, concierge providers, lifestyle businesses, and other premium service partners.
– Build new revenue streams and expand the company's presence within the luxury and private healthcare market.
– Lead commercial negotiations and manage partnership agreements from initial engagement through execution.
– Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
– Work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team to support the company's growth strategy.
– Contribute to shaping the commercial function as the organization continues to scale.
