Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee residential building maintenance operations. The role involves supervising multi-skilled technicians, coordinating civil and plumbing works, managing client communications, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise technicians and maintenance staff.
- Oversee MEP, plumbing, and civil maintenance works.
- Assign and monitor daily work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Prepare client reports and update maintenance records through client portals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, plumbing, and civil works.
- Experience managing multiple technicians.
- Good reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with FM/CAFM systems is an advantage.
- UAE Driving License is a plus, but not mandatory.
