We LEENA Recruit of Companies required the following position:
MEP Quantity Surveyor
Experience: 5-8 years in Doha
Nationality: Indian preferred
Location: All Applicants should be in Doha
Duties
:
Measuring quantities from drawings using AutoCAD and by hand;
Work closely with MEP Project Manager in management and delivery in line with project budget;
Attending Client and Project meetings;
Preparing tender and contract documentation;
Carrying out tender analysis of bids, preparing reports on findings;
Managing the change control process during the construction stage of projects and preparing cost reports;
Valuing completed work and arranging payments, including the preparation of completion acts;
Negotiating with vendors, contractors, sub-contractors and representing the best ethical interests of the company and our Client at all times;
Prepare, review and monitor construction programmes and report on progress periodically.
